At FBML, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • Products must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, personalized products, or opened hygiene items).
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fbml.xyz within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refund Policy

We process refunds as quickly as possible once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  1. Processing Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products
